We understand that schedules change. To ensure availability for all of our clients, we have the following cancellation guidelines:
✓ 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
⚠ Less than 24 hours: 50% service charge applies
✗ No-show: 100% service charge applies
To cancel or reschedule, please call us at (404) XXX-XXXX or use the online booking system. We appreciate your understanding — this policy allows us to serve all clients effectively.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in comfortably.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened treatment time to respect the next client’s appointment, or rescheduling if there is not sufficient time to provide a quality experience.
Your full treatment time begins at your scheduled appointment time, not your arrival time.
Deposits: Online bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Accepted payments: All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.
Gift cards: Can be applied to any service or product purchase. Gift cards can be purchased online or in-spa.
Gratuity: Tips are appreciated but never expected. The standard for excellent service is 18-20%. Tips can be added to your card or given in cash.
Your privacy is important to us. Royal Revitalization collects personal information only when necessary to provide our services, process payments, and communicate with you about your appointments.
What we collect: Name, contact information, payment details, appointment history, health intake information relevant to your treatments.
How we use it: To provide and improve our services, process transactions, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasionally share promotions (with your opt-in consent).
What we don’t do: We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data security: All personal data is encrypted and stored securely. Payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and never stored on our servers.

Services: All treatments are performed by licensed professionals. Results may vary by individual. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a treatment may not be safe or appropriate for a client.
Health disclosure: Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, including allergies, medications, skin conditions, pregnancies, and recent procedures. Accurate health information ensures your safety.
Photography: Before and after photos may be taken with your explicit written consent only. You may decline photography at any time.
Liability: By receiving services, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the nature of the treatment, potential risks, and aftercare instructions. Royal Revitalization is not liable for adverse reactions that result from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
