Booking & Appointments

You can book online through our website 24/7, call us at (404) XXX-XXXX during business hours, or book a walk-in appointment if available. Online bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your time slot.
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for weekdays and 2-3 weeks for weekends. However, we often have same-day availability! Check our online booking calendar for real-time openings.
Absolutely! When booking online, you can select your preferred provider from our team of licensed professionals. You can also call us and we’ll match you with the best therapist for your needs.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full service amount. You can reschedule online or by calling us.

Your First Visit

Arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms. Your therapist will consult with you about your goals and concerns, then customize your treatment accordingly. We’ll walk you through every step so you feel completely comfortable.
Just yourself! We provide robes, slippers, and all amenities. For facials, arrive makeup-free if possible (or we’ll remove it at the start of your treatment). Comfortable clothing is recommended for body treatments.
Wear comfortable clothing. For massages, you’ll disrobe to your comfort level and be covered with sheets throughout. For facials, wear something that allows easy access to your face and neck area.

Treatments

Many of our products are vegan and ALL are cruelty-free. We can customize treatments to accommodate any preferences or sensitivities. Just let your therapist know during consultation.
Yes! Most clients notice immediate improvements in skin texture, tone, and radiance. However, for lasting transformation, we recommend a series of treatments tailored to your specific goals.
We offer prenatal-safe treatments! Please inform us of pregnancy when booking so we can customize your service accordingly. Certain treatments like chemical peels and microneedling are not recommended during pregnancy.
Absolutely! Our treatments are customized for all skin types, tones, and concerns. During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin and tailor the treatment specifically for you.

Payment & Policies

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Online bookings require a credit card deposit. Gift cards can also be applied to services.
Yes! We offer monthly membership plans starting at $119/month that include one treatment per month plus discounts on additional services and products. We also offer multi-session packages at a 10% discount.
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase online or in-spa in any amount from $50 to $500. They never expire and can be used for any service or product. Digital delivery is available for instant gifting.
Gratuity is appreciated but never required. The standard for excellent service is 18-20%. Tips can be added to your credit card payment or given in cash directly to your provider.
